I am so pleased with my kitchen/family room remodel! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality workmanship from beginning to end of the project. Norm and his staff became "family" as they went over and above to assure that I was informed step by step of the ongoing progress up to the completion of the project. Joe was also hand's on making sure to communicate step by step, again until completion. I will recommend Phillips Construction with confidence and am so happy to show off my beautiful remodel thanks to Joe, Norm and "the guys" .

Joe and Shelly make houses into homes. They make dreams come true. This is my second home with them and each time they have exceeded my expectations and timeframes of completions. The workers are highly professional, polite, easy to communicate with, happy and love their job. The project was extremely organized and everybody showed to work on time. Shelly is an outstanding project manager, easy to communicate with, problem solver, designer with great taste and recommendations and kept everything in check. My girls faces was priceless and I cannot say enough great things about Phillips Construction. As a former Navy SEAL with the highest of standards, I approve and recommend Phillips Constructions. We hired Phillips Construction for foundation work, remodeling, and replacement of two doors at our home. We found Joe Phillips to be professional, attentive to detail, and responsive every time we reached out to him. His crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up the worksite every night. Philips Construction did a great job with our recent remodel of second floor of our home, including 2 bathrooms. The entire crew was very professional and courteous which made the remodeling process pleasant as possible. Their foreman, Norman was super and did an outstanding job coordinating the work. He listened carefully to all our requests, and went beyond to accommodate our requests. He also has a keen eye for decorating, and made invaluable suggestions.

Joe Phillips and his crew were fantastic. We added another bedroom to our house and were on a tight timeline and they not only got the job done, quickly but they did it in a professional manner. Joe came in with great ideas and solutions to utilize the space efficiently. The work was first class and they were neat and clean. I would highly recommend Phillips Construction. Phillips Construction did a phenomenal job in our home! They took on several projects, the biggest of which was a complete fireplace rehab – they built and installed floating shelves with lighting, cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling stonework. They also installed a barn door, moved electrical, and did drywall repair. Every aspect of their work is top notch and I especially appreciated their ongoing communication and commitment to doing the job right. Shelley, Joe, Norman, Javi, Jason, and Kris were such a pleasure to work with. They also showed up on time, were so respectful of our home and left it just as clean as it was when they came in. I would use Phillips Construction again in a heartbeat!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Phillips Construction for a remodel project, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, the entire experience with this company has been exceptional, and they have truly exceeded our high expectations.

From the moment we began discussing our project with Phillips Construction, we were impressed with their professionalism and commitment to delivering quality work. They made sure to listen carefully to our ideas and expectations, and they kept us informed throughout every step of the project.

One of the standout aspects of this remodel was the craftsmanship, and I have to give a special shoutout to Austin for his expert skills. He transformed our ideas into reality with precision and attention to detail. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. Our home now feels like a dream come true, and it's exactly what we had envisioned when we first embarked on this journey.

The challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic made it harder to acquire supplies and maintain timelines, but Kris from Phillips Construction handled this aspect of the project admirably. He consistently kept us informed about supply delays and adjusted schedules accordingly, ensuring that the project stayed on track as much as possible despite the unforeseen circumstances.

Lastly, we want to express our gratitude to Joe and Shelly Phillips for their excellent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always available to address our questions and concerns, and their commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction was evident throughout the project.

Buying a first home is never easy, but is particularly difficult in this day and age. Needless to say, I purchased a home for all the right reasons..minus the actual dwelling. Phillips Construction took the fixer-upper I bought and turned it into my dream home. After the first consultation, I knew Phillips Construction was the one for the job. They listened to my ideas about opening everything up, pillars being built in place of closed-in hallways, and walls becoming windows. Post-acceptance of the insurmountable plan I laid at their feet, they remained humble and stated that they would give me time to decide if I would trust them with my home renovation. I am relieved I chose them and grateful for the work they have done. My home is my imagination come to life and I owe it all to Phillips Construction. As first-time remodelers, we weren’t sure what to expect. Let me just say that all our expectations were exceeded! The team was enthusiastic, punctual, friendly, hard-working, and talented. Everyone was easy to collaborate & communicate with and constantly ensured we were happy with the work. The sub-contractors for our tile, floor, & vanity were true craftsmen. Shelley was on site most days & constantly communicated via phone. Many thanks to Jess & Austin who bore the brunt of the work. We still can’t believe this beautiful bathroom is ours! We look forward to working with you in the future as we continue to update & beautify our home.

Phillips Construction did a total reconstruction of my small kitchen. When I met with Kris to talk about what I wanted he listened and I could tell that he knew construction and would be great for the job. They tore it down to the studs and built back a beautiful little kitchen that was better than I imagined. Joe Phillips has a great crew. I will use them again.
